Most people become frustrated when, while dieting, the scales fail to continually show an immediate weight-loss drop.
What amazes me ... is how many of them choose to believe that this "stall" (...which is commonly due to salt/water/waste issues...)
has occurred because they're eating too little, and that eating MORE food will help their body to immediately lose additional fat.
