Baked Potato (White or Sweet)

 Makes 1 serving (4 oz)

Ingredients:

1  raw unpeeled potato (4 oz white potato or sweet potato)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wrap aluminum foil around potato.
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

White Potato (4 oz)

Protein 2.8 grams

Sweet Potato (4 oz)
Calories: 90
Net Carbs  17
Protein 2.8 grams
