Commitment is one of the things I find most necessary for personal weight-loss and maintenance success.  I work to stay true to my Commitment, even when I don't feel like it.

One of my top Commitments is to track all of my food everyday.  I've been consistently successful at that now for the past 8 1/2 years.

I also have other related commitments which are strictly one-day-at-a-time, and I've achieved far less success with these.   One is to work to eat at-or-under whatever calorie ceiling I've set for the day, and another is to work to follow whatever food plan I've chosen for that day. My success with these commitments tend to be more sporadic, but far....I've had far more successful days than unsuccessful days.

So it goes.

I commit to very little now that I am retired. The days of 'must do' and being a '''go-fer''' was left behind. I am committed to doing what I need to do for health, hearth and heart which is my family and friends. My future holds wishes and wants that were pushed to a back burner until I retired and now I am doing them. READING is one of them. I hold you in high esteem for the sharing person that you are to all of us.

Well I tend to be very comitted and passionate about the things I give my word to. I thank God, that I am able to follow through and whole heartedly, energetically, and sincerely complete the task at hand. I am very tired however, at the end of it, because I am the type to put my all in what I do.
