Opinions are nothing more than a form of propaganda. The more an opinion is expressed, the more it will be accepted and believed and especially by someone who prefers to not think for themselves.

Hi Alma. Of course ... Everyone has their own personal opinions, and most of us do enjoy expressing them. My own goal is to not to blindly accept the opinion of anyone, but to do my best to consider ideas from all sides ... with no personal need to either ultimately accept or reject every single opinion that crosses my mind.

Dr. Collins, I'm very glad that you have an objective approach to diet (and I'm sure everything else) because we can rely on your statements and writings.

Hi Jethro.. Remember, no one can truly be objective, because all of us have our own personal subjective bias. All I can do is TRY to be objective, and to Work toward seeing ideas from more than one viewpoint. I am fortunate because my legal education, and my 25+ years of as working as an attorney, have provided me a lot of training and experience and shown me the value of looking at both sides of any argument.
