Dr. Collins: I have returned to Diet Power 4.4 after being away for awhile. I notice that the blog is no longer active and the archives have disappeared. For help, the directions are to email and there is no phone support any more. My problem is that I can't get any backups to unzip on my PC. Every time I try to open the zipped file it says that windows doesn't accept the file name (or something like that). How do you back up your records? I have gone to the travel icon and then ask to send to my flash drive. It appears to do that but then I can't unzip it. The same thing happens if I try to send it to email or save on my computer. I am hanging in there dealing with the autoimmune menace and the meds. I have not gained weight on steroids but wow the appetite is huge. I have also shrunk a couple of inches so my bmi is a little higher. But at age 71, 5'5" 164 lbs. I feel pretty good about it. I am not eating between 1000 and 1200 calories a day and may not be able to do anything but maintain. We shall see. At any rate, it is helping to get back on Diet Power. Thank you again for sharing what is true for you.

oops...should be "I am now eating between 1000 and 1200". What a difference one letter makes!
