Book Talk

This section is for discussions about specific “diet” books of my choice. Welcomed are average, non-technical, open-minded people who are interested
in the concepts presented by the selected authors.  There are many places on the web for highly technical Scientific discussions, however, DietHobby is not one of them.

This is a place for a discussion between “average” readers, who want to talk in a general way about an author’s dieting concepts and the possible application of these concepts in their own lives. Although I will comment occasionally within this discussion, this section is intended to be a talk between us all...rather than simply comments addressed to me..therefore I purposely won't respond to every comment made in this discussion.

To see the Discussion of a featured book, click MENU, BOOKTALK, then...
