Things are essentially the same for me at present. Even after 13+ years of maintenance … it is still requiring an immense amount of personal ongoing effort to maintain my large weight loss. My DietHobby posts have become less frequent because it seems like I’ve already shared …(repeatedly) … everything that I have to share. I am continuing to learn about, and experiment with, various diets and non-diets, however, I am now choosing to do this in a rather selfishly anonymous manner and have decided that my future personal contacts or personal involvements with online dieting forums and other dieting support groups will be limited to only those which I deem mutually beneficial.
